Returns & Exchanges

We’ve got your back! If your order didn’t work out, here’s how we can help:

• Eligibility: Return or exchange within 72 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and freebies included.

• Small fees of 49₹ will be deducted for payment gateway fees and shipping charges.

Note: We do not accept returns/exchanges for products purchased during a sale or special promotion, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item at our warehouse.

• For prepaid orders, refunds go back to your original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll ask for your bank details to transfer the refund.

• COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Product?

We’re so sorry! Please help us resolve it smoothly:

• Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Share a clear unboxing video showing the issue.

• Fully packed product

• Visible tags and labels

• Close-up of the defect/missing item

• 360° view of the unpacking process

Without this, we may not be able to approve the return.

 

Pickup & Return Shipping

 

• We’ll arrange pickup from the original delivery address.

• If your area is not serviceable for return pickup:

• You may return via India Post or a courier of your choice.

• We’ll reimburse up to ₹49 for return shipping.

• If you return multiple items but some are missing, cost of missing items may be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No worries!

• You can cancel your order by messaging us on WhatsApp or Instagram.

• But do it before we ship it — once it’s out, it’s on its journey and can’t be cancelled.

Important Notes

•  Same-day delivery in Delhi NCR for just ₹100.

• Returns are processed order-wise, not per item.

• Items from combo or gift boxes can’t be returned separately.

• If reverse pickup fails, the process will restart and delay refunds.

• In rare cases, self-return may be needed. We reimburse up to ₹49.
